Pret names Chair. José Cil, who most recently served as CEO of Restaurant Brands International, has been named. José helped to grow the Burger King owner to more than $40bn in system-wide sales. He will work alongside the leadership team at Pret to help accelerate growth.
Chipotle President joins Tesla’s Board. Jack Hartung has been appointed to Tesla’s Board of Directors ahead of the company’s LA 1950s-style diner and charging station opening. Jack spent 20 years as CFO, President and Chief Strategy Officer of Chipotle, and spent almost 20 years at McDonald’s.
Halfords names Managing Director of Retail. The UK retailer of motoring and cycling products and services Halfords has appointed Jess Frame as its new Managing Director of Retail, effective 21 July 2025.
