Farmer J opens first site outside of UK. Farmer J has opened its first US site in New York, marking its international debut. The launch follows last year’s $23m funding round, which also supported three recent London openings as the 18‑site brand continues its expansion.

Rhiannon Scarlett, CMO, and Stephanie William, people director, exit TGI Fridays UK. Scarlett exits after 3.5 years as CMO, while Williams leaves after two years to become CPO at The Cotswold Company. Their departures follow leadership changes and operational restructuring at TGI Fridays UK, including a pre‑pack deal and site closures.

Renfro Brands names Jay Robinson as President and Chief Executive Officer. The legwear and apparel manufacturer has appointed Jay, former head of its global brands division and innovation group, to lead the company. He will focus on sustainable growth, brand portfolio expansion, and continued investment in innovation and talent.
