SSP CFO and Deputy CEO to retire. Jonathan Davies is retiring after more than 20 years with SSP. He will be replaced by Geert Verellen who will join in April as CFO Designate. Jonathan will remain on the board until September 2025 and will step down as Deputy CEO in December.
Former Nike head to join REI as CEO. Mary Beth Laughton will assume the role, replacing Eric Artz. She will join as President on 3 February before assuming her role as CEO on 31 March. Mary previously held leadership positions at Nike, most recently as Head of Global Direct to Consumer.
Ralph Lauren appoints new Chief Operating Officer. Ralph Lauren has appointed Bob Ranftl as Chief Operating Officer, effective 30 March 2025, succeeding Jane Nielsen. Bob, who joined the company in 2015, is currently the regional CEO for North America.
