Netflix buys Warner Bros for $72bn. The deal, expected to complete in 2027, will see Warner Bros come under Netflix ownership once its Discovery Global Brands like CNN and TNT sports are separated. Netflix will acquire the rights to top franchises including Harry Potter and Game of Thrones.

4imprint appoints Topps Tiles Chair as new Chair from March 2024. The London-based promotional merchandise distributor has named Paul Forman as incoming Chair, effective March 2024. Paul brings leadership experience from Topps Tiles and previous CEO roles in industrials.

Randox Health expands concessions in Holland & Barrett. The clinic concessions, which are currently in 14 Holland & Barrett stores, will roll out to eight more. Alongside the physical concessions the partnership could extend to a more ‘joined up proposition’ for the customer.
