Aelf is the Director of the Retail Practice at the MBS Group. She has worked across all functions at a senior level, including marketing, finance, operations, digital, commercial and general management, for both public and private companies.
She started her career over a decade ago at a leading generalist search firm, where she spent 18 months seconded to Moscow. On her return to the UK, Aelf developed a strong interest in the consumer sector and worked with a range of retail and consumer goods clients. She then spent four years at a leading consumer executive search boutique, working across consumer, retail and hospitality, much of which was for private equity-backed businesses. Most recently, she was a Principal in the retail practice of one of the world’s largest search firms.
