Ada is a Research Analyst in our Board Practice, having joined The MBS Group in July 2022, as part of our dedicated Graduate Programme.

Before joining MBS, Ada worked as a Junior Project Officer at the International Telecommunication Union (a specialized agency of the United Nations) supporting the world’s largest annual gathering of the ICT for the development community, the World Summit on Information Society (WSIS). Her genuine interest in people and organisational culture dynamics attracted her to the world of executive search.

Ada is a graduate of the London Business School where she completed an MSc in Management and was nominated as the career representative of the 2022 cohort. She also holds a BA in Business & Design Management from the EU Business School, Geneva Switzerland.
