Ada is a Researcher in our Board Practice, where she supports both Non-Executive and Executive assignments across various consumer-facing sectors. She joined The MBS Group in July 2022, as part of our dedicated Graduate Programme.
Before joining MBS, Ada served as a Junior Project Officer at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), a specialised agency of the United Nations, contributing to the World Summit on Information Society (WSIS), the world’s largest annual gathering of the ICT for development community.
Ada’s passion lies in leadership, organisational dynamics, and behavioural sciences. She holds an MSc in Management from the London Business School, where she was nominated as the career representative for the 2022 cohort. Prior to that, Ada earned a BA in Business & Design Management from the EU Business School in Geneva, Switzerland, graduating at the top of her class.
Born in Mainland China, Ada is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
