Ayla is a Project Manager at The MBS Group, supporting Elliott Goldstein and the Hospitality, Travel and Leisure practice. Having joined in early 2026, she has prior experience as an EA and Project Coordinator in executive search and management consultancy, following earlier experience across administrative and HR roles.
Ayla graduated from the University of Exeter in 2018 with a Bachelor’s in Liberal Arts, with a major in Anthropology and minor in Spanish.
