Bea is a Researcher in our Hospitality, Travel & Leisure practice, having joined The MBS Group in July 2022, as part of our dedicated Graduate Programme.
As a Researcher, Bea supports end-to-end on search processes, starting with candidate identification and outreach. She has supported on numerous marketing, commercial and finance appointments, with a particular focus on scaling businesses.
Bea studied Social Anthropology at The London School of Economics and worked in the hospitality sector for five years before joining MBS.
