Bella Steiner

Bella joined The MBS Group as a Research Analyst in 2025 after earning a B.A. in Psychology and Marketing from McGill University. Having recently relocated from Canada to London, Bella sits in the delivery team supporting the end-to-end search process across all practice areas.

Bella’s interest in consumer-facing industries was sparked by her experiences during advertising internships, where she developed a passion for understanding people and brands. While at McGill University, she actively contributed to initiatives promoting women in leadership and mental health awareness, shaping her ongoing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
