Elizabeth is the Director of the Fashion, Luxury & Lifestyle Practice at The MBS Group. She has extensive experience working on Board level searches across all functions and has spent her entire career in the fashion industry, joining MBS from a British heritage brand.
Her passion and enthusiasm for the sector are rooted in the creative, product, and brand side and she has led searches in Europe, North America, and Asia across the Apparel, Accessories, Jewellery, Homewares, Interior Design and Beauty & Wellness sectors.
She holds a BA in English Literature and History of Art from The University of Birmingham.
