Joseph advises consumer goods businesses on their most senior appointments, working closely with CEOs and Boards on the executive hires that matter most. He has recently advised on a number of appointments to the executive teams of leading FTSE 250 businesses, leading searches across the full range of functions at Executive Committee level and partnering with clients across EMEA, North America and APAC.
Joseph works with a broad range of clients – from major global corporations to private-equity-backed and family-owned companies, and scaling founder-led and venture-capital-backed businesses.
Joseph read History and Politics at the University of Oxford, and recently led a pro bono Chair search for Shelter.
