Liana is a Consultant in the Board Practice at the MBS Group. Her experience lies in building highly effective Boards and advising on executive and non-executive succession needs for businesses in transformation. She partners closely with clients globally across a wide range of industries, including Retail, Luxury & Lifestyle, Leisure & Hospitality, Consumer Goods & Services, and Not for Profit. She has worked across all functions at a senior level, including finance, commercial, operations, marketing, strategy, and people, for public, private equity and family-owned businesses.
In particular, she is passionate about the Board of The Future – how the role and composition of the Board must fundamentally evolve to focus on diversity, digital expertise, and a company’s place in society, without losing sight of its core governance responsibilities.
With a background in Physics from Balliol College, Oxford, Liana additionally specialises in the technology and digital sector, working with a broad range of VC-backed clients, both B2B and B2C.
