Mischa is a Researcher in our Board practice since joining The MBS Group in March 2025. She supports on both Non-Executive and Executive appointments across various consumer-facing sectors, in the UK and internationally. Before joining MBS, Mischa started her career at a global executive search firm in the Consumer practice. She specialised on C-suite and senior level appointments across Retail, Travel, Leisure, Hospitality and FMCG. She is a graduate from the University of Bristol, where she gained a First-Class degree in History, including a semester at Macquarie University in Sydney studying Indigenous Studies.
