Michelle is an Operations Assistant at The MBS Group, where she supports the Operations team and contributes across multiple areas of the business. Her role spans a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day processes.
Before joining MBS, Michelle began her career as a hair stylist at one of South Africa’s leading salons, where she honed her creativity and built strong client relationships. She later transitioned into the financial services sector, taking on the role of Head of Operations and overseeing the daily functioning of the business.
