Preeya is Head of Operations at The MBS Group. She has over 14 years’ experience in Operations roles within leading international professional services firms including GE Capital and Russell Reynolds Associates.

Before joining MBS, Preeya worked for a well-known search firm where she was the Operations Director and responsible for Operations, HR & People, Marketing, Finance & Legal across the organisation.

Preeya is passionate about ensuring MBS operates at the highest standard for colleagues, clients and candidates.
