Sarah is a Business Psychologist by qualification and background and has worked in the field of human performance and development for over 30 years. Sarah started her career in the retail and financial services sectors before becoming a Director at Europe’s first and leading business psychology consultancy, Nicholson McBride. She then left to grow her own business and team in this field. She has since unwound from this to take on a variety of roles, acting as advisor to growing professional services businesses and consultant/ facilitator to wider corporate clients.
Over the years her work has helped individuals and businesses secure success in an array of scenarios; acquisitions and mergers, delivering ambitious growth plans, structural and cultural change, startup ventures and run-offs. Typically, her work includes; acting as advisor and confidant to senior executives, helping them navigate transformational change and growth, designing and delivering development for leadership teams and groups, executive coaching, senior team and high stakes facilitation and psychological profiling. She uses her deep understanding of human behaviour alongside her practical experience of working with industry leaders and growing her own business to bring astute listening, incisive challenge.
Offering pro bono coaching is another facet of Sarah’s work today. This entails providing coaching to small enterprises that would not normally be able to access this support due to commercial barriers, or to senior leaders who contribute to Sarah’s chosen charity, Smile Train.
Certified B Corporation” is a trademark licensed by B Lab, a private non-profit organization, to companies like ours that have successfully completed the B Impact Assessment (“BIA”) and therefore meet the requirements set by B Lab for social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
