Tamsyn joined The MBS Group in 2013 and is the Operations Manager. Tamsyn’s role is to understand the systems, information and technology needs for The MBS Group’s future growth and development, and to work internally and externally implementing these solutions. Alongside this role her remit includes some office manager duties which are key in supporting business operations and day to day search execution. Tamsyn has undergone the IOSH Managing Safely course, which is a globally recognised certification in workplace health and safety.
Tamsyn has a Batchelor of Education degree from Cape Peninsula University of Technology in Cape Town.
