Thabiso is a Data Analyst at The MBS Group based in the Cape Town office and works closely with the Operations team. His role focuses on maintaining data integrity across the firm’s database, supporting system enhancements, and developing reporting solutions that enable informed decision-making.
He joined the business as a Graduate and has been actively involved in database optimisation, data quality initiatives, and the migration to new systems. Thabiso holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Information Administration and is currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in the same field at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
