Violet is Front of House at The MBS Group, where she brings a warm, professional presence to client interactions and plays a key role in supporting the wider operations team. Her background spans managerial roles across both hospitality and retail, giving her a strong foundation in service, adaptability and team collaboration.
She is currently studying Anthropology and Visual Practice at Goldsmiths, and has a particular interest in art, photography and history. Violet is also a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Horizon, contributing to ongoing conversations around representation and belonging within the business.
