Alex Russo appointed as non-executive director at Boparan Holdings

Alex is currently the executive director and CFO at retailer Wilko. Previously he was Walmart's senior vice-president, serving as UK CFO for Asda for five years, until 2018. Alex will also serve as chair of Boparan Holding's audit committee.
