AOL Acquires Huffington Post For $315m

AOL has announced it is buying the web-based news and comment site The Huffington Post in a $315m deal. The website’s co-founder and current editor-in-chief, Arianna Huffington, will stay on to lead a newly-formed media division within AOL.
