AOL Seeks Investors Approval For Yahoo Deal

Tim Armstrong, CEO at AOL, is thought to have been holding discussions with major shareholders in the business to gain approval for a merger with Yahoo. Armstrong believes a merger could result in savings of between US$1bn and US$1.5bn from overlapping data centres and duplicate sites.
