Apex Hotels’ profits hit by pandemic as it eyes post-Covid recovery

The operator of luxury hotels across the UK has posted losses of £16.4m in the year to 30 April 2021, as it was hit by lockdown closures. However, Apex says it is now well-positioned to maximise opportunities as travel recovers.
