Apple Accused Of Conspiring To Fix E-Book Prices

Apple, along with five publishers, are facing legal action over accusations from the US Justice Department that they colluded to fix the prices of electronic books in a bid to end Amazon’s dominance in the sector. All of those accused, including Apple, deny the charges and plan to fight the lawsuit.
