Apple Watch shipments grow 54% year on year to 18 million

The technology giant has benefitted from the release of its Series 3 model, which made up nearly half of total shipments in 2017. The wearable is being moved into new markets on 2018, with releases planned for Singapore and Hong Kong in 2018.
