AshbyCapital finalises Scottish retail park purchase

The investment firm has bought Paisley-based Abbotsinch Retail Park, previously owned by Hammerson, in a £67m transaction. The 265,000 square foot site already features B&Q, Dunelm and Frankie & Benny’s branches, as well as 1,098 parking spaces.
