Asos secures £238m refinancing to cut interest costs and boost liquidity 

The online fashion retailer has refinanced £238m ($319m) through new term loans, cutting annual interest costs by £5m and extending debt to 2030. Shares rose 4% after the move, ahead of full-year 2024 / 2025 results due on 21 November.
