Asos updates UK returns policy and unveils in-app transparency features

From 6 January, frequent returners who keep over 70% of orders avoid the £3.95 fee when returning under £40. Shoppers can now see their personal return rate in the app and Asos will add videos, 360 imagery and personalised fit recommendations.
