BDA Partners agrees to sell controlling stake in Hop Lun

BDA Partners has announced the global lingerie and swimwear provider, Hop Lun, has signed a definitive agreement to sell a controlling stake to American private equity investment firm Platinum Equity. Financial terms were not disclosed.
