Black Rock Coffee Bar plans IPO to raise up to $265m, valuing chain at $861m 

The US coffee chain, which has 158 stores, is targeting a $16–$18 share price in its Nasdaq IPO. Same-store sales rose 10.9% in Q2 and adjusted EBITDA grew 30% in H1 2025, marking its first public offering in two years.
