Blackstone buys stake in UK airports group

The US private equity investor has taken a 22% holding in AGS Airports from Canadian pension investor PSP, which will continue to own the rest of the business. The stake is worth £235m and the company owns Aberdeen, Glasgow and Southampton airports.
