Bluestar Alliances acquires stake in Michael Bastian

Private equity fund Bluestar Alliance has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in American fashion label Michael Bastian to form joint venture MB Brand Holdings LLC. The deal is set to complete in July and will help the menswear brand to expand its footprint globally.
