Boohoo co-founder invests in MySale

Mahmud Kamani, the co-founder of Boohoo, has secured a 4.76% stake in MySale by purchasing more than 45 million shares. MySale is an Australian flash sales platform with established retail websites in Australia, New Zealand, South-East Asia and the UK.
