Boparan Restaurant Group to rebrand Ed’s Easy Diner

MCA reports that the new look has already introduced at two locations. Boparan plans to roll out the rebrand to its 24 site portfolio by the end of 2018. The redesign features a pay-at-counter system and new menu options.
