Bourne Leisure founders table bid to buy back Butlin’s

The Harris family, which helped establish Bourne Leisure in the 1960s, is reportedly close to signing a transaction with private equity giant Blackstone, Bourne’s current owner, to retake control of seaside resorts chain Butlin’s for around £300m.
