Boyu Capital considers Tencent, GIC in $4bn Starbucks China stake acquisition 

Boyu Capital plans to buy up to 60% of Starbucks China, valued at $4bn, and is in talks with Tencent, GIC, and banks to finance the deal. The move aims to expand the brand into smaller cities and high-footfall locations by 2026.
