B&Q Plans Sustainable Strategy

The Kingfisher-owned chain is drawing up plans to lease rather than sell some of its products, as it moves towards a more sustainable business strategy. B&Q is also designing a drill with recyclable parts which could be leased to customers. Kingfisher sells £1.1bn of eco-products every year, from energy-saving lightbulbs to sustainably grown timber.
