Brewhouse & Kitchen announces Q1 results

IW Capital-backed pub group Brewhouse & Kitchen has announced results for the first quarter to December, with like-for-like sales up 17% in uninvested estate and 79% in estates which did receive investments. Own-brewed sales and fresh food were strong performers, with the first accounting for approximately 50% of sales.
