Bright Fame Fashion takes majority stake in Thakoon

Hong Kong company Bright Fame Fashion, the investment vehicle led by Vivian Chou, has acquired a majority stake in Thakoon for an undisclosed sum. The agreement will see Thakoon Panichgul continue in his position as chief creative officer.
