Burger King Spain acquires the brand’s largest regional franchisee Megafood from GED Capital for €100m

The consolidated new group is set to generate annual revenues of around €500m. The deal will make Burger King Spain the largest QSR operator in the country. GED Capital, Diana Capital and a group of private investors have all sold their stakes in Megafood.
