Campari acquires minority stake in Howler Head bourbon

Campari Group has acquired a 15% stake in Catalyst Spirit’s bourbon brand Howler Monkey, which is available in the US, Canada and recently the UK. Campari is paying $15m for the stake and will have the option to buy the brand in full at a later date.
