Campari plans to relocate HQ from Italy to the Netherlands

First announced in February, the Italian spirits group is planning to move its registered office to Amsterdam. Campari has now said the move will be completed by July, after its controlling shareholder spent more than €250m to ensure the plan goes ahead.
