Carlsberg takes 20% stake in craft beer brand Mikkeller

The Danish brewing giant has acquired a 20% stake in Copenhagen-based craft brewer Mikkeller, in a deal that will see Mikkel Bjergsø maintain controlling interest and remain as CEO. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
