Carveries Next On Marston’s Agenda

Pub operator Marston’s is to launch up to 25 new-build carvery sites over the next year or so, with establishments set to open in locations such as Southport and Hampshire. Operations manager Neil Dawson said: “The focus at the moment is on new-builds”.
