Center Parcs posts record EBITDA as premium demand fuels growth across villages

For the year ending 18 April 2025, Center Parcs reported record EBITDA of £319.5m, with turnover up 4.4% to £734.8m. The leisure operator saw 97.3% occupancy, strong guest loyalty and increased spa and on-site spend. A seventh UK village is in planning.
