Cheerios maker General Mills bets on home cooking to offset inflation

Sales at General Mills surged 8% to $4.89bn, above prior estimates of $4.81bn. The company attributed the result to higher pricing and said that it will take on rising costs as inflation-hit Americans eat at home more to save money.
