Cheese Maker Bel Mulls Buying Half Of Yoplait

French cheese producer Bel is reportedly considering acquiring a 50% stake in Yoplait, which it will purchase from PAI Partners. PAI and Yoplait’s other shareholder, Sodiaal, rejected an unsolicited bid from Lactalis in November.
