Co-Operative Funeralcare Targeted By CVC

Private equity house CVC has reportedly expressed interest in acquiring the assets of the Co-operative Group’s funeralcare division. CVC would be following firms including Montagu and Sovereign Capital in looking to the funeralcare sector for investment.
