Andrew Richards will be the new HR director, in a promotion from his current role of director of group reward for the firm. Robin Mills will be the new managing director for the company's education division, Chartwells, replacing Tony Byrne. Paul Galvin has been appointed as permanent finance director after taking on the role on an interim basis last October.
