Compass lifts 2026 profit outlook on strong North America momentum

Compass forecasts about 10% profit growth in 2026, while underlying operating profit reached $3.34bn on revenue of $46.1bn, aided by 9.1% organic growth in North America. The group guides to roughly 7% organic revenue growth next year.
