Compleat acquires Greencore soup factory ahead of Bakkavor merger 

Greencore is selling its Bristol chilled soups and sauces factory to Compleat Food Group to clear the way for its Bakkavor merger in early 2026. The factory generated £47m last year and complements Compleat’s growing portfolio of own-label food brands.
